RETURN ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
- Return requests can only be made within 30 days from order delivery date.
- Return for damaged/defective item must be made available back to us within 14 days from date of initial delivery.
- If item returned is customer damaged, up to 50% Restocking Fee may be applied.
- All returned box(es) unsealed/opened/tested/used goods are subject to up to a 25% Restocking Fee (excluding Security Phones/Devices where 50% Restocking Fees), regardless of return reason.
- We reserve the right to charge up to 20% Restocking Fee for "BUYER REMORSE" Returns due to:
· Accidental order
· Better price available
· No longer needed/wanted
· Misrepresented return reason (Stating there is a problem that cannot be found by our technicians upon reviewing the returned product).
